You know it hard to believe how much Aisha has grown since "When There's Smoke, There's Fire" Back in that episode she was overconfident, obsessed and overbearing when it came to her duties as a Fire Safety Captain. She said she had a lot to learn about being a Power Ranger and I feel out of the three replacements for Jason, Zack and Trini, she has become officially her own character in this episode and worthy of being a ranger. Yeah, I know Rocky and Adam earned their spots too, but when it comes to their personalities....there's nothing to work with there. No growth because either the writers don't know how to write them or their actors just plain suck. Anyway, Aisha her proves to be more mature, compassionate and willing to put her life on the line to make sure the spell over her friends is broke and that is just great character development. She's able to work with Alpha to restore some power to the Command Center, find off a squad of Tengas by herself in ninja form and even overcome Hate Master's spell by once again remembering what her grandmother told her without the need of her necklace, which help her break the spell before. It really is a good spotlight for Aisha and I actually like her now. :)

Meanwhile, it's just hilarious seeing the rest of the rangers hate each other. Seriously, for people who hate each other, they hang around each other a lot. Of course, the writers had to include Bulk and Skull into the story by having the Hate Master put a spell on them too. But of course, it just makes them act more silly than anything else. Also what's up with the Italian accents they sport after they are under the spell. Anyway, after Aisha gets through the rangers enough where Aisha is able to reverse what Billy did to the Command Center, Alpha is able to make an antidote with Aisha's necklace. Once the rangers and the two idiots are free from the rangers, Zordon contacts them as Hate Master has grown again thanks to Lord Zedd and Rita making him grow.

The rangers morph and immediately call on their ninja zords. I have to say this is a weird zord fight, each zord attacks individually with the Frog Ninja zord making mini-versions of itself that shock Hate Master, then suddenly Tommy calls on Titanus who shows up to help in the fight. So, just where the hell has that zord been since the Dino Zords were lost??? What about Tor fro last season, where is that zord hiding? Anyway, each zord continues to attack with even the Falcon zord sing its wing blasters to finish the monster. After the rangers defeating the monster, Lord Zedd and Rita argue about who failed as their anniversary was ruined. Besides Bulk and Skull looking like idiots again, the episode ends with the rangers delivering a cheesy but nice message about hate and love. Overall, I really enjoyed these last two episodes as they nicely developed Aisha as well as did fine job of making the moral of the story well written yet simple. Nice! :)
