Oh yeah, I almost forgot about this dreadful two-parter!!! -_- Sigh....and I thought the first half was through with sucking so much.  This episode is just so boring and takes forever to get to the point of the title of both episodes.  So Divatox decides to send Elgar and a school of Piranathron after Adam and Justin when they are busy recycling Angel Grove at the park with a group of kids.  Since they have to protect the kids from Elgar and the Piranathron, they can't morph and reveal their identities.. Ok, I get that but why not just have Justin lead the kids away to safety while Adam morphs and contacts the other rangers for help!!! Ehhhhh, the writing is sucking again!!! -_- Anyway, The Blue Senturion arrives again to help the rangers and beats Elgar; forcing him and the Piranathron into a retreat.  After failing yet again (Seriously, Elgar is a worthless, brainless piece of crap! :), Divatox spies on the rangers again and gets the idea to send her latest monster, Skrinkasect, with....a detonator to plant it at the Youth Center.  But when things go wrong and the chimps get a hold of it, he comes up with another plan to mess with the Blue Senturion.

Soooo ok, Alpha contacts the rangers to go after him after a hilarious moment of him dragging an old lady around.  So the rangers get to the park and try to stop him before he self destructs but there's another problem with the chimps driving Lt Sone's car.  Justin decides to try and stop them; morphing and chasing after them before anyone gets hurt.  The rangers soon realize that it's a fly stuck in his helmet causing all the trouble.  So they try to open it; as difficult as it can be.  So they finally get the fly out as Skrinkasect reveals himself.  Tommy tries to fight him as the rest of the team take  Senturion away but he manages to catch up with them and skrink them all.  The dumbest part is when Elgar and the Piranathron show up, they could easily kill the rangers and the Blue Senturion right there....but...

Elgar just captures the four Turbo rangers as a present for Divatox as she opens her gift and is overjoyed by the sight of the pint sized rangers!!! I just, what a dumb episode!!! Also there were moments of it where I couldn't concentrate on it and kept looking at my phone.  This was a terrible introduction to the final arc for the original Turbo team.  I mean it's just so ridiculous seeing Lt. Stone chasing after the chimps and having to pay a little girl to use her bike to go after them.  Why are Bulk and Skull even dumber as chimps??? All their plans for getting people to notice them and turn them back to normal have been so stupid and contrived!!! What was the point of turning them into chimps again if their shenanigans make worse sense as chimps than as regular teens.  Well, not actual teens because these actors are clearly older but whatever!!! "Part 1" stinks!!!
