Ewwwww, I HATE Louie Kaboom!!! -_- Such an annoying new main baddie that does relatively nothing during his short tenure as the new leader of the Machine Empire. In fact, how the hell does he just take over the Machine Empire??? Why didn't Queen Machina have the Cogs seize him and lock him up or just...I don't know....destroy him??? Anyway, Louie takes over as ruler and wants to impress Queen Machina but Klank tells him the only way he can do that is by destroying the Power Rangers. If you want to blame anyone for the character, it's Rito and Goldar who accidentally lose control of him when they are sent on a mission by Zedd and Rita to sabotage the Machine Empire now that Mondo is gone.  It leads to them paying back Bulk and Skull by having them search for the remote control themselves. Which is much funnier than the other way around! lol

Meanwhile, on this episode of Beverly Hills 90210, the rangers are dealing with a group of bikers who have stormed into Ernie's new Beach Club and order him as well as everyone to leave because it's their beach. When Jason tries to talk Ernie out of leaving, he notices that one of the bikers is a girl named Emily who has recently moved into town. After trying to blow him off, Emily and Jason finally talk with her telling him it might be hard to tell the rest of her biker friends to back off but Jason believes she can do the right thing. I gotta say, I like the chemistry between Jason and Emily. I'm glad the writers will continue to develop it throughout the rest of the season.

Anyway, their convo on the beach is cut short when Louie Kaboom attacks and turns Emily's necklace into a new monster, Tough Tusks. As Jason tells Emily to run away, he morphs for the first time as the Gold Ranger (So he doesn't even get a Zeonizer??? Also WAAAAYY too much posing!!! O_o) As Jason struggles with Louie and Tusks, the other rangers are alerted by Zordon and Alpha and morph. The 6 rejoin and fight Tusks until they use their Power Staff and pistols to temporarily defeat Tusks. Later on, the rangers deal with a giant sized Trump Tusks while Jason deals with some Cogs. They summon the Super Zeo Zords and form the Super Zeo Megazord while Billy tries to works on the remote control that controls Louie and finally gets it to work. Loue is sent back to the Mahcine Empire....apparently while the rangers destroy Tough Tasks with the Zeo Megazord Saber. That finisher will never get old! :)

The episode concludes with the bikers apologizing and helping Ernie officially open his beach club while Emily gets a new job there and flirts a little with Jason nice. Overall, "Bomber In The Summer" was a pretty decent episode outside the annoying arrival of Louie Kaboom.
