Season 4, Episode 37: Scent of A Weasel

I got to admit, I hate to agree with Louie Kaboom but Queen Machina's plan this episode sucked....or in this case, STINKED!!! Get it!!! -_- Anyway, so her plan is to have her latest monster, Stenchy (Yes, I know! -_-) to make the people of Earth, especially the rangers, smell really bad so they are unable to stand each other. You know the Machine Empire was doing pretty well in terms of plans as of late but then you had to have them unleash probably the dumbest plot yet. I think there is a reason why Queen Machina was reduced to the background for the most part when King Mondo was around as this won't be the only time when one of her plan is a pile of sh!t.

Meanwhile, the rangers and Billy are tracking a distress signal from Trey while a very large object is heading straight for Earth. But in the meantime they must deal with Stenchy who begins stinking up the city of Angel Grove. All 6 rangers morph and deal with the odious menace but he manages to stink them and get away. Meawhile, back at the Power Chamber Billy is still trying to decipher Trey's distress signal while the large object fast approaches the Earth. We get a hilarious scene of the rangers smelling really bad at the Power Chamber when the object finally lands. Turns out it's a new zord sent by Trey called the Warrior Wheel, which the Gold Ranger will use temporarily until Pyramidas is fully operational again. When Stenchy and a squad of Cogs attack Ernie's Beach Club, the rangers head back out and fight them until Louie Kaboom arrives.....to be useless as always. Anyway, the rangers defeat Stenchy until is made to grow by Klank and Orbus. The rangers summon their Super Zeo Zords as well as the new Warrior Wheel to fight him. They combine to make the Super Zeo Megazord and use the Warrior Wheel to finish off the monster.

Oh there's also a main plot about a stuck up fashion designer and a charity fashion show that the teens are involved in. Jason of course thinks it's for girls until Emily mentions how cool Rocky is for being in it.  Soooo there is also a side plot of Skull getting close to some model and it's all nice and well but nothing ever really comes out of it. Anyway, to wrap things up, "Scent of A Weasel" sucks for the most part. I liked the introduction of the Warrior Wheel, but the fashion show was too tacky for me and the monster of the week plot was the worst one to date. In other words, it stunk! ;)
