Well, I got to admit that Prince Gasket's plan was well thought out and was executed well. I mean it's certainly better than what Louie Kaboom could ever manage to come up with.  I mean it's awesome seeing Jason forced to fight Tommy under the mind control. I just wish the fight was longer and had more focus instead of going to....sigh...Bulk and Skull.  So you're telling me these two idiots can take on a squad of Cogs but we can't get an extended unmorphed fight with the rangers and the Cogs. I'm sorry I found that whole sequence of Bulk and Skull fighting the Cogs to be highly laughable!!! Meanwhile, an alien prisoner they befriend, Tritor, is taking care of Gasket's force field which doesn't allow his prisoners to escape.

I got to say I enjoyed Lord Zedd and Rita's part in this though. Forced to help the Power Rangers ultimately because if Gasket wins, the Machine Empire will conquer the Earth.  It's hilarious seeing Zedd come to that conclusion and seeing Rita faint like that. Also, leave it to Finster to figure out how save the day by teleporting the rest of the rangers to the Machine Arena. I wish once again we got a longer fight between Tommy vs the rest of the Zeo Rangers because what comes next is your typical Power Rangers sappiness when Kat demorphs (Which is a cool effect the way! :) as well as the rest of the Zeo Rangers to try to convince Tommy they are his friends.

Of course, the moment Tommy pulls out a pistol on them is awesome but nothing comes it though. What?! At least it would have made things interesting if he shot at them. :P Of course, Tommy breaks free from the spell and demorphs as well but thanks to the forcefield, they can't teleport away or morph again. But of course after Tritor destroys the forcefield, the rangers make a quick escape before a squad of Gasket's monsters can attack them. Overall, this two parter had it's moments but it could have been better. Bulk and Skull once again, being shoved into the plot sucked but it was cool seeing Tommy fighting the other rangers no matter how brief it was.
