Awww, look at Tommy and his brother reuniting and it's still done with the excitement of opening a milk carton. Anyway, after the two reunite, Sprocket who was spying on them, gives his father the idea of the Arrowhead having tremendous power. Mondo decides he will kidnap Tommy's brother in exchange for the Arrowhead. Meanwhile, Tommy introduces David to his friends and begin to spare together at the Youth Center. Meanwhile, King Mondo sends down the Cogs to capture him when he's alone after Tommy embarrasses him with a sick finishing move. FINISH HIM!!! Sorry, anyway as the Cogs grab David outside, Tommy tries to save him as they teleport away. As the other rangers arrive, he tells them of David's kidnapping and they teleport to the Power Chamber.

Meanwhile, the Cogs drop David off in the deep caves of the reservation as Billy tries to locate his whereabouts. But Mondo doesn't just want to give Tommy an exchange but send down a monster as well to attack the city. As the rangers continue to look for David at the Power Chamber, the alarm goes off to signal that Mace Face is attacking the city. With the Zeo Megazord back online, the rangers morph and head out to fight Mace Face with both the Zeo Megazord and Red Battlezord. But the monster proves to be too much for the rangers as Mace Face leaves them with threat that either they had over the Arrowhead or Tommy's brother will be lost forever.

Back at the Power Chamber, Billy informs the rangers of a new zord configuration: The Zeo Mega Battlezord which combines the Zeo Megazord with the Red Battlezord. But it only will work if Tommy's mind is clear and focused. As the rangers head back out to face Mace Face, they try to join both megazords but Tommy isn't able to concentrate after trying twice as he orders the rangers to retreat.

Back at the Power Chamber, Billy examines the Arrowhead and can't seem to find if it has any power. Tommy then suddenly taps into the Arrowhead's power as it lets him see where his brother is. He once again taps into it's power and sees a vision of Sam Trueheart as he tells him is in a place of great evil underneath the reservations. While Tommy uses this information to find David, the rest of the rangers head back into action (Jesus, Tanya!!! Nakia really overacts some times! O_o) in the Zeo Megazord to deal with Mace Face. At the reservation, Tommy uses the Arrowhead to track his brother's whereabout which leads him to the exact spot he is under. When he tries to teleport down, he is blocked by Mondo's energy barrier as King Mondo himself teleports in front of him. He orders Tommy to give him the Arrowhead or he'll never see his brother again; to which Tommy does so. As Mondo taunts him for his humanity, the episode concludes seemingly with both the Arrowhead and David gone forever. As far as episodes go, this was another good one, focusing on Tommy and the mysterious power of the Arrowhead. Of course, David's actor and JDF's real life brother, Erik Frank, isn't much of an actor but I'm enjoying the story of these two even though I expected more emotionally from them. On to the next episode....
