Funny, Rita gets the idea of using a two headed monster from the rangers but didn't she already have one in "Lions & Blizzards"??? O_o Anyway, the episode opens with Tommy and Jason teaching a self defense class to some of the moms of Angel Grove. Even Trini and Kimberly get in on the action when they show what to do when a woman is attacked by crying for help. How nice! O_O This is where Rita gets her idea for her latest plan and tells Finster to getting working on the two headed monster. So the teens are at the Juice Bar trying Ernie's new fruit shake when Bulk and Skull arrive to annoy as usual; wanting to be apart of the class. Jason and Tommy then head to the park to try some new moves that will help them with their class. At the park they are practicing their moves when Rit is watching and tells Finster to send down the monster to attack them. The Two Head Parrot arrives and the two rangers morph to fight it. Turns out with two heads, the monster is more difficult to defeat than a usual monster. Doesn't stop Jason from trying to still fight but Tommy eventually convinces them to leave and fall back.

At the Command Center, Zordon and Alpha teleport all the rangers to the Command Center and brief them on Rita's latest monster. They tell the rangers that the Parrot has a weakness for pamango fruit....uhh huh...which Tommy decides he will go after while the other rangers stay behind with Alpha to figure out anymore weakness the monster has. But when Rita sees Tommy meddling, she sends down a sqaud of Putties to stop him. Meanwhile, the other rangers morph and deal with the Two Headed Parrot and a squad of Putties themselves. Turns out, Tommy is having trouble with the Putties and they get their hands on the pamango fruit before teleporting away. Tommy contacts Zordon to let him know the situation....but not before getting an idea of where to get another pamango fruit. At Ernie's Juice Bar, Tommy asks him if he has a spare fruit left; coming up with an excuse of Kimberly having a pet Parrot he got for her as a surprise, to which Ernie gives him one.

Back at the park, the rangers continue to struggle with the Two Headed Parrot until Tommy arrives and uses the fruit to distract the monster. With both heads now competing for the pamango fruit, all 6 rangers use this as an opportunity to attack at once. With the Two Headed Parrot now in trouble, Rita makes it grow and the rangers all summon their zords. As the megazord forms, Tommy calls for the Dragonzord with his flute and both zords face off against the creature. Soon, they form the Ultrazord and fire all weapons at it destroying the monster for good. As the episode concludes, Tommy and Jason are continuing to teach their class until Bulk and Skull arrive. Tommy and Jason force them to become volunteers for the moms to fight against and get their asses royally handed to them to the teens entertainment.  Overall, this wasn't a bad episode. It was average at best. I like  the plot even if, the two headed monster thing was technically done already.  It's always nice seeing Tommy in action and it's also good to see a ranger finding out how to save the day on his own without Zordon's guidance.:)
