Season 7, Episode 41: Raise the Titanisaur

Well, this is certainly one of the Lost Galaxy arc's better episodes! It helps that the majority of the episode has stakes not only for the rangers but for the colony as the episode opens with one of the engines in danger of overheating.  Kai is giving Commander Stanton a report on what's going on as Damon leads a crew to try and stop it from blowing up.  But unfortunately, they are unsuccessful and Terra Venture loses an engine.  As Damon walks back to the Control bridge, he apologizes to Commander Stanton for failing but believes Damon won't let it happen again.  Meanwhile, Barbarax and some Swabies arrive at the ocean dome where they are intercepted by the rangers.  As the rangers fight them, they summon the Lights of Orion for help.  As they prepare to finish off Barbarax, Deviot arrives to blast them.  Suddenly, the ocean shakes as Titanisaur rises from the sea to destroy Terra Venture.  As the rangers chase after it, they call on all their zords for help, including the Stratoforce and Centaurus Megazords.  We get a very intense zord battle as Titanisaur proves to be the toughest monster they have faced yet.  Yes, even more Grunchor apparently! O_O

As the rangers fight, Stratoforce and Centaurus get severely damaged as Titanisaur rips off their arms...UHHH...OUCH!!! YIKES!!! We haven't seen something like that since "Doomsday" in Season 1! O_O The only reason Titanisaur retreats is because the castle on it's back begins to overheat as Captain Mutiny leads it back to the sea.  As the castle cools off, Captain Mutiny orders his crew to disconnect the castle from Titanisaur.  As they do so, the rangers are back at the guys' headquarters as they figure out their next move.  I like how Damon takes the time to ask Mike if the engines were looking good; reminding the audience of the danger at hand for Terra Venture.  Meanwhile, the crew finally releases the castle from Titanisaur as Captain Mutiny orders the large dinosaur to attack Terra Venture. As Titanisaur arrives and attacks the city, the rangers call on their Galactabeasts to prepare for battle.  Alpha contacts Mike to aid the rangers as well.

As Titanisaur causes massive destruction, the rangers arrive on their Galactabeasts are they attack Titanisaur individually.  It's cool seeing the Galactabeasts attack for once as well haven't seen them in those forms in a while.  Though, it really is silly seeing them like that fighting so maybe that's not so much of a good thing??? O_o  Mike soon arrives with the Defender Torozord to help.  The rangers soon transform the Galactabeasts into their Galactazords to form their megazord as well as calling Stratoforce and Centaurus for help.  It's really awesome seeing all 4 megazords combining forces to destroy Titanisaur together as each gets a chance to do a powerful finishing move to defeat the massive beast.  After finally destroying it, one of Terra Venture's engine is in danger of overheating but luckily, Damon and the crew are able to stop it from happening again! As everyone is happy and overjoyed by the news, Commander Stanton believes they won't be out of the clear for long! All and All, an action packed episode some genuine stakes since the beginning for the arc.  Thank God!
