Season 6, Episode 39: Ghosts In The Machine

Those darn Psycho Rangers just won't stay dead will they??? O_o Sheesh!!! After the rangers are done investigating a cruise ship that might have had the missing people from the Secret City on them (Which I don't get but okay? O_O), the rangers return to the Megaship and Carlos begins spending most of episode worried about Silvy......-_-....it's Silvy this, Silvy that, can't let Silvy down, gotta save Silvy......sigh....how can I say this nicely.....F%^& THAT HO!!! -_- Anyway, as the rangers continue to track the location of the Secret City, Astronema and her forces begin turning the captured citizens of Angel Grove into Data Cards, starting with Bulk, Skull and Phenomenus.  Soon Silvy and her group are turned to Data Cards as well.  As the rangers find the location of the Secret City, they come up with a plan to use the Mega Tank to go underground to reach it since it's underwater.  As the rangers arrive, they are discovered by the Quantrons and have to fight their way to get inside the tower.  As Ecliptor alerts Astronema to the rangers' arrival, she is happy as it was all apart of her plan.  As Cassie and Andros discover the city's lab as the door opens, Astronema begins to trap Cassie after she saves Andros from the ray that is turning people into Data Cards.  When Andros tries to blast the ray, Astronema tells him if he does, it will destroy her.  As the other rangers arrive, Cassie is turned to a Data Card as well as the rest of them to Astronema's evil amusement.

As Astronema tells Ecliptor to safeguard the Data Cards, the ghosts of the Psycho Rangers have been stalking the rangers and they plan on bringing themselves back as well as the rangers to take them out once in for all.  Psycho Yellow gets the idea for the Psycho to go inside of Astronema's machine to reverse the effects of the ray machine to make themselves corporeal again.  As the Psycho Rangers blast their way through to the control room, Ecliptor is shocked by the return of all 5 Psychos. As they attack Ecliptor, they retrieve the Data Cards and beat the crap out of him.  They reverse the effects of the Data Cards and the rangers are returned to normal.  As the rangers are glad to be back, they are also shocked by the return of the Psycho Rangers.  They prepare to fight them but Ecliptor returns to fight the Psychos as the rangers use the moment to make their way out.  I love how Ecliptor gets his ass kicked by the Psychos again; lying on the ground barely breathing like Loki after Hulk owned him in Avengers!!! Whomp, Whomp, Whommmmppp!!! :)

Anyway, the Psychos catch up with the rangers and they charge each other to fight.  During the fight, Andros contacts Alpha to send Zhane to the city to save the people turned into Data Cards while they handle the Psychos.  As Zhane arrives, Ecliptor has apparently recovered from getting his ass handed by the Psychos to try to stop Zhane but Zhane just morphs and beats Ecliptor as well.  Not a good day for old, Cliptor!!! He should have just stayed down when he had the chance! Anyway, Zhane makes it to the control room and finds the rest of the Data Cards (Seriously, those things should have been at least locked away! O_o) and begins to reverse the effects of the Data Cards.  Everyone from Bulk, Skull and Phenomenus to Silvy are returned to normal and sent back to Angel Grove by Alpha.  As the rangers continue to fight the Psychos, they use their combined weapons to try to destroy them for good but it just pisses them off and transforms them into their monster forms. Zhane contact the rangers and tells the rangers to lead the rangers back to the lab so he can covert them to Data Cards.  The rangers do so but it isn't easy once inside as the rangers struggle to trap the Psychos under the ray as Zhane tries to place the ray.  They eventually do and the Psychos are converted to Date Cards (Enter Linkara's signature "And they'll never hurt anyone again!" lol) As the secret city implodes, the rangers head out but Zhane accidentally loses the cards.  On the surface, all the rangers barely make it as they wonder where Zhane is.  He luckily survived.....but he couldn't get the Data Cards.  Too bad it's revealed, Astronema had them!!! DUN, DUN, DUNNNNN!!! O_o Overall, great episode and end to the Psycho Ranger saga. Only a couple more episodes left until the finale!!! Woooooo!!! :)
