Ok, we have two plots going on here, the relay race with the other rangers that includes a wacky new monster up to no good and Calvin being so enamored by his friend Ace, that he misses the race to hangout with him and his Grease rejects; hence the title.  Seriously, Ace and friends look like they time traveled from the 1950s to 2017 by their wardrobe; making you wonder how ANYONE in the 21st century, let alone teenagers find them to be so cool and badass.  Mind you some of the lingo feels like a miss mass of what the writers think a normal 2010s teenager would talk like.  GAHHHHH! O_O Of course, the main story there is about a lesson of Calvin learning Ace is a jerk and not a real friend in return Mick reminds him that he isn't exactly being the nicest friend after ditching his friends to fix Ace's car!  It's a lesson you see coming a mile away and honestly, it's cute and all for Calvin, but it really is the weakest aspect of the episode bar none. Meanwhile, the story with the monster of the week is far more entertaining, especially when Shoespike (I like it! :) puts a spell on Brody and Levi by using his magical baton to make them extremely competitive.  

I don't what it is but it's beyond hilarious watching Brody and Levi act this way, especially since both their actos William Shewfel and Jordi Webber look like they are having way too much fun playing complete jerks to everyone they see as a threat to beating them, especially their own teammates. I'm sorry but them casually just pushing people like Preston off the trail of the race into trees, even a lake are comedic gold. Yes, genuine comedy that feels funny and natural instead of say.....Monty having to chase down Victor when he turns into a trophy.  Yes, cause.....THAT'S the funny stuff we needed!??? -_-  Good god, kill them off the show already! Sorry kids! But I do have to say the plot twist of the losers, including the rest of the rangers, turning into trophies reminded me of "Mean Wheels Mantis" from Lost Galaxy when Mya and Kendrix were turned into trophies as well.  Even Shoespike wants to race Brody and Levi to win their power stars if they want to change their friends back.  Of course, with them so hilariously under his spell, there's no way they can win...until Calvin arrives to save the day.  Gotta love the wacky Sentai footage of the three rangers racing against the monster, who attacked fake Basherbots to him so he could cheat and win.  It was just all too hilarious and I love how they made it apart of the Galaxy Warriors show. :)  But then they always do, but it made it even more entertaining for me.

Anyway, with the three rangers barely winning in the end, everyone turns back to normal....tho it takes Victor longer simply for a last minute punchline.....AHHHHHHH!!! -_-  Anyway, after Brody and Levi are rid of the spell as well (Hey that rhymed! :P), the 6 rangers regroup and morph to battle Shoespike, which they collectively defeat.  But of course, he is GIGANTIFYED and the rangers must call on their Ninja Steel zords to finally destroy him for good.  After combining all the zords to form the Ninja Fusion Megazord to finish off the monster, Calvin apologizes to his friends for ditching him, blah, blah, blah.  Overall, average at best with some moments that entertained and others that were just predictable and made no sense.  Seriously, why are they acting like Greasers from the 50s!??? o_o
