Well, was it too much to expect Overdrive to continue it's two parter with a equally superb concluding chapter??? I honestly can say that solid storytelling and suspenseful set-up of Part 1 quickly loses steam in Part 2, but it's only because that tension isn't as high and we get a bit more of the troubling aspect of this season more front and center.  Luckily, outside of the usual annoyances with this show being here and there (Like the out of nowhere resolution of Sentinel Knight being evil....huh??? O_O), the episode for the most part is still pretty enjoyable and features the official debut of the Battlefleet Megazord after being teased at the end of Part 1.  Also, once again, the 4 rangers are still after the jewel in Egypt while Will is still busy trying to save Ronny from captivity.  I did enjoy the globe trotting in this episode; especially that sequence of the rangers running away from an army of scarabs after Rose accidentally sets off a trap in a tomb they're exploring.  Of course, after surviving their near fate with death, they run into Miratrix and Kamdor who have got their hands on another relic that will lead them to yet another jewel.  As the rangers chase after them, Will continues to track Ronny down and runs into Norg again, who he is ready to yell at since he told him to sit and stay.  But luckily, despite Norg's usually humorless comedic antics, he is able to help Will find the entrance to the Fear Cats' hidden hideout where Ronny is being held; despite his initial anger of his supposed incompetence.  After Norg runs off as a typical buffoon, Will fights off some lava lizards that were meant to protect the hideout from intruders and then enters the hideout himself.  Back in Egypt, the 4 rangers morph and begin battling Miratrix and Kamdor in the middle of the desert.  After some wacky stunt of both sides trying to obtain the relic, the rangers finally get it; leaving Miratrix and Kamdor to retreat.

Back in the hideout, Will makes sure to send the rangers the coordinates to his location while either hiding or fighting his way through the Fear Cats' hideout.  After sending Hartford the tablet, the rangers head to where the hideout is while Will confronts Moltor by himself is an awesome fight.  Will manages to finally gain the upperhand with his Drive Slammmer (oh dear lord! Just get use to it by now, Lenz! -_-)  and breaks into the lab while temporarily knocking out Sentinel Lights Out! :P  Love how Ronny seems so eager for her to save him and tells him why he took so long....awwww, at least the characters are consistent self absorbed now that this is not a surprise anymore!!! Keep it up writers! :) Meanwhile, as the 4 rangers arrive near the hideout, they are confronted by the Fear Cats and morph.  Unfortunately, the rangers are no match for the two while Moltor uses the egg thingy that drained Ronny's life force or whatever to repower his massive dragon robot to attack the rangers again. Luckily, Ronny and Will arrive to morph and rejoin the rangers to form the new megazord while Mercury Ranger and Sentinel Knight like I said, coming out of nowhere to join the fight and is good again??? How hard did Will hit him with that door??? It's just...never explained....now there's that Overdrive negligent writing I remember!!! :) Anyway, Hartford has already sent the Battlefleet megazord as the rangers form it's megazord mode for the first time.  Not bad looking but we've had plenty of MUCH better looking megazords.  It's unique tho with the spinning wheels as finishers...sigh...only on this show.  lol

After destroying Moltor's creation, he and the Fear Cats retreat while Norg returns to find out he did something completely stupid again because Flurious wanted to see the hideout for himself.  ......anyway! The episode concludes with the rangers having their Halloween party with Will and Ronny having a nice resolution.  But Mack is dressed...as a robot and...does the robot...while Spencer and Hartford look on in fear, but Spencer gestures him "it's alright and don'r worry"..........Mmmmm! I'm sure this build up to this twist will be for nothing like everything else this season so why bother right??? O_O Part 2 was a pretty good follow-up episode and ends this two parter decently if only it could have sustained the initial intensity of such a exciting story to begin with.  Nice new megazord tho all things considered!
