............................wait....WAIT A MINUTE!!!! O_O *Looks at Netflix description, episodes, credits, etc.  Nooooooooo, this is NOT, absolutely NOT the same show!!! Who wrote this episode?!!! O_o John Tellegen??? Well when it comes to his resume for the show he didn't exactly write the best episodes for Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder, especially for Mystic Force and this season, so......HUH!!!??? I'm sorry, but I really can't believe an episode of Overdrive can be even THIS good!!! O_O I mean....wow,,,,,,,I guess every dog or in this case, mediocre Disney writer has it's day! :) The episode certainly opens up not out of the ordinary with Ronny being all obnoxious about Halloween and having a Halloween party at the mansion (cause priorities as usual for these guys instead of saving the world! -_-) when the rangers are called down to the base where Hartford has uncovered a secret compartment of the torch relic.  It reveals a big beetlle aka a scarab trapped in ember which will apparently lead them to where the next jewel is.  Meanwhile, Moltor and the Fear Cats are teaming up again to power another one of their massive fighting robots but is unable to find a power source strong enough to power it up and keep it running.  So Moltor and the Fear Cats must devise a plan to get a power source which leads to a scene of the rangers, with Sentinel Knight....setting up for the Halloween party......sigh....  I'm with Will on this only because the sight of the Sentinel Knight helping the rangers decorate the mansion just.....just doesn't sit well with me...at all! -_-

Anyway, luckily this crap is short lived and the episode picks up immensely when the rangers alongside Sentinel Knight face off against Moltor and the Fear Cats.  The three put up a good fight by immediately getting down to their plan by kidnapping only Ronny for some reason while the others try to stop Moltor.  Of Sentinel Knight can't hang and is getting his a$$ handed to him but says he's more powerful in his sword form to help Will save Ronny.....I just....I'm not even gonna ask.  Anyway, the Fear Cats captured Ronny while Moltor kidnaps Will and the Sentinel Knight; leaving the rest of the team baffled on how to get all of them back, Meanwhile, Moltor and the Fear Cats have Ronny and Will tied to a tree while they plan to use the Sentinel Knight to either turn evil or drain him of his powers until it destroys him.  All things considered, the two are screwed, especially when Will overhears that they only needed Ronny and will just destroy right away.  I like this little moment between the two, it's equally parts cute and intense since Will has to quickly get them out of there.  Back at the mansion, as the rangers tell Hartford of the sudden situation, he actually tells to go after the whereabouts of the jewel in Egypt by trusting Ronny and Will to figure out to escape themselves since they are trained rangers.....which, I actually have no problem with...at all. O_O  This gives the episode some exceptional urgency and while the rangers are adamant saving their fellows; the world is at stake and comes first.  So wow....kudos on the writing there for once??!! O_0 I know....moving on!!! Ronny and Will manage to escape but unfortunately, Motlor sends his lava lizards after them to recapture them.  After having a moment to tell Ronny what they plan to do to them, the lava lizards catch up and Ronny decides to stay back and fight them off while Will runs away.  Wow!!! And when Will realizes Ronny gets recaptured and tells Mr. Hartford, he decides to go on a solo mission to find and rescue her despite Hartford telling him to rejoin the other rangers.  Suddenly, the stakes feel authentic and high despite the morally conflicting situation which is played out not only straight serious but without some of the jarring out of context humor that makes the characters look so selfish and arrogantly smug; especially Will...seriously WOW!!!

Meanwhile, Moltor and the Fear Cats begin using Ronny as the power source for their robot by attaching her to device that begins to drain her.  Moltor has also trapped the Sentinel Knight in his sword form and puts him into the console to either drain him of his powers or turn him evil.  Needlessly to say, for the first time, the villains are actually winning and scoring a victory against the rangers.....I think I might start hyperventilating!!! O_O Seriously, is this REALLY the same show??? Meanwhile in Egypt, the other 4 rangers have arrive at a shop to discuss with the merchant about the scarab and where they can find the jewel.  After telling them they can find it in the sands of the desert (I wonder if that's the same desert where Ryan met that sorcerer who's probably still there! O_o), Hartford informs them they need to return to the city as the Fear Cats are using their robot to attack the city....with NO NAME!!! O_o Oh and Miratrix is following them as we see her there hiding as well.  Back to where Ronny is being captured, the Sentinel Knight finally awoken and tries to save Ronny from the Fear Cats....but turns out Moltor's plan worked and he's pure. EVIL now! O_o  So as the rangers arrive in both their megazords, they must fight both the new robot and Sentinel Knight who manage to beat the rangers so bad that their megazords fall apart into their individual zords.  But before the villains can finish them off, Mr. Hartford unleashes the rangers' new zord to help them quickly in the form of the Battlefleet zord which is a giant warship that can fire multiple missiles at once to destroy Moltor's onslaught of lavadactyls.  Back in the words, we get a proper comedic relief scene as Will runs into Norg and insults him until he obeys him and sits in one place so he doesn't get in his way.  Ha! Unfortunately, the Battlefleet zord is still no ready to be fully used in battle while the rangers are left wondering what will happen to Ronny, Will and the Sentinel Knight who is now their enemy.  With Will still hunting down for her, the episode concludes with Ronny's life force continued to be drained; ending Part 1.......Not gonna safe much but BRAVO!!! Finally!!! Thank God!!! Yaaaayyyyyy!!! On to Part 2 and yes, I know I lied! :P
