I honestly really enjoy this episode for some reason!!! LOL I don't know why but it was genuinely one of the most fun and funniest episodes of the show. :)  It manages to tell it's own story with a main monster plot that is typical Power Rangers over the top silliness while also pushing the main story arc this season as the rangers try to communicate with the Silver Ranger by sending out a message through space and getting a shocking response by him by episode end.  Like I said, The rangers are busy trying to communicate with the Silver Ranger while Chase is busy making up a gift for Kaylee! Who I'm glad is a recurring character and the writers decided to bring her back as Chase's girlfriend.  I think they both have a cute relationship and I love how Chase has to come up with a lame excuse about his friend's sick fish to go on a ranger mission. LOL  Meanwhile, Heckyl comes up with his silliest plan yet....yet actually almost works O_O by getting Poisandra and Beauticruel (A Vivix that was crushing on Curio that Poisandra turns into a much more evolved female monster...just go with it! ) to use Poisandra's make-up on the rangers to make them fall in love with her to get their energems.  Turns out Poisandra's make-up is very handy in battle as Beauticruel uses it to take some of the rangers' powers and transfer it into some Vivix to make them stronger opponents! It works and my god, it just hilarious seeing the Vivix being extra aggressive to the rangers' shock.

Luckily, Koda, Chase and Riley are able to get the rest of the power back by joining forces to destroy the foot soldiers while Tyler and Chase go after Beauticruel and Poisandra but end up getting away.  As Beauticruel desperately wants one of the rangers to fall for her, Poisandra comes up with a plan to switch bodies between the monster and random civilian named Britney.  They capture her and after Poisandra switches their bodies....they just toss the girl into the trash can! HA!!! Omg, I can't! LOL Then as the two set up a moment where it seems Poisandra is attacking a innocent girl, Tyler and Chase go after her but Beauticruel manages to use Poisandra's magic make-up to make Tyler fall in love with her.  And it's just too funny seeing Tyler head over heels in love with her.....while Shelby is clearly bothered by it.  The moment with the split milkshake! HA!  But luckily the rangers use their heads and realize Tyler is under a spell as the monster has taken the body of Britney after finding her in the dumpster. They come up with a plan to get Chase to win Beauticruel's heart while they keep Tyler away.....OMG, this is too funny! Even the actress playing Beauticruel is doing an excellent, campy job with character.  Too bad, Kaylee ends up seeing Chase fooling her into getting back in her body and thinks he's cheating on her.  Oh boy! O_O  I felt so horrible for Chase and it was a very well acted moment from James Davies.

Meanwhile, as Beauticruel switches back into her own body, Chase arrives with the other rangers who immediately destroy the magic make-up and break the spell under Tyler.  As the rangers morph and fight off the Vivix, Kaylee who happened to follow Chase discovers he's the Black Ranger! Shock of all shock! And I'm really glad how they handled this revelation and tied it with "A Date with Danger" as Kaylee finds out both guys she wanted are the same person.  It's a really sweet scene when Kaylee tells Chase he knows and he ends up getting to be a ranger as well as get the girl.  I really love them as a couple now.  Too adorable! :) After an intense battle in destroying Beauticruel and Chase's unforgettable talk with Kaylee, Chase arrives at the base and sees the intense transmission the rangers are receiving from the Silver Ranger with apparently the silver energem in series danger. A truly suspenseful cliffhanger to an really excellent episode and definitely one of my favorites this season.  Everything worked from the action, acting, comedy and plot movement with Chase in terms of character development with his relationship Kaylee and more mystery behind the Silver Ranger. Nice! :)
