Sigh.....I mean at least this episode debuts an a new character that looks cool, even if he doesn't get much to do besides being extremely Blue Senturion-esqe in how he's an intergalactic sheriff who is after a monster named Blammo, who is the newest contestant on Galaxy Warriors and the sheriff's latest outlaw to arrest apparently.  Like the Blue Senturion and making them even more similar is that Odius and Badonna trick him into thinking that the Power Rangers are the villains and must be stopped at all cost.  A clever ruse I guess, but I wonder, wouldn't intergalactic law enforcement, especially since Sheriff Skyfire is so legendary apparently, know about the Power Rangers and immediately know them as the mainstay protectors of the universe???? Just doesn't make sense, especially by now when in universe, several ranger teams have exists on various planets, galaxies and legacy would have been known throughout said universe.  I guess said universe is HUGE place of course, but there have been allies who know who the rangers are as well as such monumental figures in the rangers' history like Zordon.  But whatever! Sheriff Skyfire could have been a more prominent ally as well as making more of a difference in the rangers' lives.  He certainly has a very awesome design and look to him but he ultimately is just a plot device for what's going on with one of the rangers this week in helping them....once again....learning a very heavy handed lesson of the day. -_-

Yes, the school security officer is being a d!ck.....oh I'm sorry, he is trying so hard to protect the students of Summer Cove High but students like Hayley are giving him a hard time for being so strict and obnoxious about constantly fining them.  Sigh.....because he's trying to protect them but them not listening, he wants to quit but thankfully, Sheriff Skyfire happens to be there and gives Hayley some advice about the security officer's attentions, following the rules, enforcing safety, blah, blah, blah.  Jesus, even the MMPR seasons weren't this annoying saccharine.....okay, they WERE but still....these lessons make absolutely no sense! O_O  The officer should be more professional instead of constantly getting on the nerves of the students because there are ways of implementing rules for kids to follow without being so hard on them for no reason.  Have some type of school assembly and explain these things to them??? Inform the principal and have her talk with students or getting them more involved in school activities to benefit the safety of the high school??? I don't know, maybe this season is making me so jaded and joyless because it seems to have no point of existing outside the threat that still looms over the rangers and Odius wanting their power stars.

Anyway, Sheriff tries to defeat rangers, realizes rangers are good, joins forces with them, Blammo plants a bomb, rangers find and stop bomb by Hayley getting rid of it, rangers and Skyfire fight Blammo and manage to defeat him with their combined efforts before being GIGANTYFIED! O_O They use the Ninja Blaze Megazord to defeat them and I still can't believe the finishing move is shooting the rangers out of its chest like a revolver to destroy a monster.  I mean it's so ridiculous and awesome in that bizarre Power Rangers way.  Oh and Victor and Monty do stupid things again for cheap laughs!!! I know! Weird huh?! -_-  "Sheriff Skyfire" tries to tell us a rather one sided, black and white tale of following the rules that gets bogged down by the pretentiously naive narrative and a new character that's ultimately useless when they could be so much more. Just meh....mediocre that is!
