Well, let's just wrap up the first season before getting to the holiday specials and that....TV movie with the RPM crossover (Shudders!) , The Ultimate Duel sees Jayden and Deker finally having this one on one fight so he can be free from his damn curse.  This is honestly the worst finale of ANY season so far as even "Good As Gold" wrapped up that season marvelously in comparison.  And yes, this is one half of the Samurai story but it's STILL a finale and feels more generic and one off than anything this season outside of Kevin's fishing episode for a damn zord.  Sigh....anyway, Jayden finally decides to fight Deker when he threatens to hurt innocent people if he doesn't while the other rangers must contend with Rhinosnorus who returns to wreak havoc in the city.  We get a bunch of horribly acted scenes as usual, in particular when Kevin is so outraged by the fact that Jayden wants to fight Deker.  My goodness, Najee....what is with the falsetto delivery of your lines??? Just speak with your normal voice! It's soooo grating and forced. Anyway, even tho Jayden has the only sealing power to stop Xandred, the rangers are fearful of him being destroyed but oh no, Jayden is their leader and adamant about going to fight Deker while the others face off against Rhinosnorus.

Jayden decides it's time to appoint Kevin as second in command for their fight and gives him his spin discs so the rangers can call all the zords without him and form the megazord.  They give him last words of good faith, yada, yada, yada, before Jayden and Deker finally meet to fight.  WOW! At least the Sentai footage is nicely shot and has good action.....that's all I can say about this one. But the twist with Jayden taking the hit to make the final strike against Deker....yeah, that was cool....but it was just Sentai footage! Not like it had any real build up or story behind it.  A lot of the Neo Saban Era has that problem. O_o But anyway, the rangers go after Rhinosnorus and dedicate the fight to Jayden....yay!!!! Our lord and savior with the blonde Bieber cut is always a source of keeping the fight with these guys.  Not a single though in their head besides Jayden this and Jayden that.  Oh but Jayden's been keeping a secret! It's been mentioned all season! Surely when this is revealed it would make the rangers see him in a whole new light and finally give Jayden some ounce....any ounce of personality, depth and substance besides giving a hilarious stoic look into the camera.  I don't think the kids understand brooding and this is suppose to make him bada$% in their eyes??? o_o Go figure! 

Anyway, Kevin manages to defeat Rhinosnorus before he grows and the rangers call on their zords to form the Samurai Megazord......Antonio....can't join them cause he's too weak.....:)........Moving on!!! -_- It's a tough battle apparently until they finally manage to destroy Rhinosnorus for good.  They then rush off to find Jayden and he tells them Deker is gone....yeah right! Anyway, let's have a party and eat fish because they are so FANTASTICO!!! GOLDEN!!! My god! O_O I just.....terrible...just awful....just........Mommy! :_(
