Season 10, Episode 22: Sing Song

Ewwwwww...I think I'm gonna vomit! O_O  I'm sorry, but this season and it's grating moments of forced dialogue and now, stomach churning musical numbers are reaching an all time high of insufferable.  As Master Org orders Uber Toxica and Uber Jindrax to dig up the tombstone of Dr. Adler aka his tombstone, we find out he has to power to imbue objects with multiple Org spirits as 6 possess his tombstone; making a Org more powerful than most, to the Uber Duke Orgs' horror.  So now we have the rangers battling this Tombstone Org that seems pretty invincible until Cole uses his Lion Blaster to destroy him.  Uber Toxica brings him back to life and makes him grow while the rangers summon and form the Conga Megazord.  Did I mention the Conga Megazord has some random Ship Anchor??? O_o  Anyway, during the battle....another Wildzord arrives in the form of a Deer and it's....kind of a dick! -_- After getting attacked by the Org, the Deer Zord traps the Org and leaves the rangers soon after.  Apparently, this new Wild Zord was pretty powerful, able to heal humans and Wild Zords as well as trapping Org Spirits.  But get this, the reason why the Deer Zord is so pressed is because...Shayla and Merrick stopped singing to it every morning....yes......now the rangers, the city and millions of lives are in danger because....the Deer Wildzord NEEDS TO BE SUNG TO!!! -_-  God, I know this something from Gaoranger they couldn't help but adapt but my goodness, WHY??!!! Not everything has to be translated from the Sentai, just look at Turbo and other aspects of show that took direct inspiration from the origins of the footage and it just SUCKED!

But I digress, maybe this won't be soooo bad as it will Princess Shayla and Merrick together and.....oh god...why!!! Of course, Animus contacts Shayla and tells him to join Merrick to sing to the damn Deer Zord because....the rangers are in trouble again after the Org escapes it's trap and the Conga Megazord is gettin' beaten the crap out of it.  So what follows is one of the most cringe inducing, nauseating and embarrassing moments from this entire franchise as Shayla sings to the Deer while Merrick plays his flute; followed by a cheap green screen backdrop where we see multiple shots of animals far and wide.  The lyrics combined with the forced visuals of nature and animals behind them are like the reason blackouts were invented.  I just....I have no more words....o_o.....

Luckily, the Deer stops being a dick and gives Shayla and Merrick a new crystals just as the rangers go Super Saiyan on the Tomstone Org by using the Conga Megazord to do the ultimate finisher on it that causes all the zords to take serious damage.  As the Org Spirits begin to escape, Shayla and Merrick arrive to give the rangers to deer crystal as the Deer Zord heals all the Wild Zords and form a new formation of the Wild Force Megazord with the Deer Zord as a new arm attachment.  The rangers quickly use the Deer Zord to trap the spirits again, saving the day.  I like how Master Org reacts to this; pretty much by entire reaction to that horrible song buddy! I feel your pain.

So the episode ends with Animus appearing the everyone one more time before disappearing.  Jesus, this dude is already pissing me off and that damn arc with Kit hasn't even started yet! -_-  Oh and now Shayla and Merrick are gonna sing to the Deer Wildzord every morning at dawn. How cute??!! O_o  Dear lord, make it stop! The song is stuck in my head! :_( Awful, just awful!!!
