Ewwww, this episode had to not only focus on Vipra of all villains but her damn revamped Rescue Rover from In Space....oh, I'm sorry,  her....sigh.....Vipari.......:)........Someone please kill me now!!! I'm sorry, but the fact that Jennifer Yen has the acting equivalent of a wall trying to emote is not good, especially for an entire episode.  So after the rangers get called to fight a monster and destroy it, Vipra show up with her aforementioned Vipari as the rangers try to stop her with her blasters but she easily defeats them with the damn car.  Then they try to chase after her but she only damages the Lightspeed Humvee; to which the rangers return the Aqua Base defeated and disappointed that she bested them in battle.  You guys should be more worried about how awful she deliver her lines guys, I know that would get me more bummed out more than her stupid Vipari!!! Anyway, the other demons are not sure that Vipra's new car can defeat the rangers!!! I'm sorry but the idea of demons driving around in a car that's indestructible is beyond ridiculous but this is Power Rangers and we re forced to go with it.  Anyway, Diabolico feels one of his monsters would do a better job in getting rid of the rangers so he has Jinxer summon them a monster with another card and a spell.  Elestomp appears as they prepare him to attack the city.....yes, Elestomp, shut up and get use to the damn monster puns after 7 seasons already!!! Meanwhile, Vipra attacks the city again with her damn car and Carter goes after her, only to lose her as the car hits 88 miles per hour!

Anyway, this episode finds Joel finally trying to ask Ms. Fairweather out and I love how when she tells him she's building a surprise, he just assumes it's a gift for him.  Joel is a piece of work I tell you!!! Cocky, self absorbed and believing he has a natural effect on women do to his popularity...lol.  Turns out, it's not a supersonic jet pack like he told Carter and Chad about, the surprise are the rangers' newest weapons in their arsenal built by Ms. Fairweather and her team: The Lightspeed Cycles.  I'm just glad that the girl rangers get their own set of motorcycles this season unlike Kendrix and Maya getting snubbed by the Astro Cycles last season.  Anyway, with these new cycles they'll be able to hopefully defeat Vipra's Vipari....god, who came up with that name, sheesh!! O_O Anyway, before the rangers can go of and use their new cycles, they must deal with the random monster that the demons have summoned.  The fight against Elestomp is quite quick and pathetic as it just seemed like an excuse to run through some Sentai footage.

But the real fight is between the rangers and Vipra as they use their cycles to defeat her.  Funny enough, their blasters are more effective on their cycles than previously, hmmmmm.....-_-.  Anyway, the rangers manage to defeat her with their combined strength of their cycles as she retreats and rejoice.  But the episode is truly about Joel going out with Ms. Fairweather, someone who's clearly interested but makes up some made up rule about them not being able to go out.  Shame this isn't where this storyline ended, because this whole back and forth between Joel and Ms. Fairweather gets tedious....FAST!!! If I remember correctly! -_- Anyway, this episode was awful anyway! I hated Vipra getting the main focus here just to showcase her reused car from a previous season and the introduction of new cycles for the rangers.  Just not a big fan of this season so far, but there's always room for improvement!!! :)
