Season 25, Episode 7: The Need for Speed

Honestly, it seems like the season is going to be meandering with this Galactic Ninjas arc as it is becoming very quickly apparent that...well it kinda of basic and boring.  The Galactic Ninjas really are all talk as the second sent out, Speedwing....is rather dumb and not much of a threat, especially when he needs to use some superspeed medallion to even be a match for the rangers.  It's funny how the main plot is rather irrelevant and only necessary in teaching Sarah a lesson as it is her focused episode.  Sigh....Sarah is kind of an idiot in this episode as she uses the monster's speed star to try and win the world record for fastest hoverboard racing lap or whatever.  It just seems so out of character, especially knowing that mixing that kind of technology with her own would lead to terrible consequences with the monster coming after her and the rangers while using it in public.  Also, you know....that's cheating and all!!! -_-  I know the rangers having flaws makes them far more interesting but COME ON!!! O_o  This is just so insulting to a character who should know better by now and the reason for her to be so adamant about beating the record is made worse by....oh look....Victor and Monty!!!

My goodness, why!??? Enough already!!! Oh look it turns out that Victor CHEATED too to win that trophy that should have been Sarah's all along.  Ummmm, why is this even a shock!??? It's so freakin' predictable by now that it of course was these two and another lame scheme to come first above the teens.  Why do the rangers even take them seriously!??? O_o  They have seen on multiple occassions of Victor and Monty cheating and trying to make themselves look good by lying yet no one could see that Victor beating Sarah came literally out of nowhere.  He wasn't even at the start line when Sarah was taking off, how did he even manage to beat the record??? The coach or teacher timing the whole thing as well as the rest of the crowd, not to mention rangers are idiots for no realizing that right away.  Cause I certainly did!???  Throw these two into the black hole that destroyed the Earth at the end of Dino Supercharge and bring back the Earth instead! -_-  GAHHHHHHH!!!

Oh and the rangers manage to defeat Speedwing at the end of the day....yeah! These Galactic Ninjas are such a farce it's not even funny.  Even the Tenn Terrors showed themselves to be not just incredibly powerful all together but individually even tho their method for going after the rangers became eventually stupid.  These guys are coming off like your basic monsters of the week when there have been previous monsters of the week who actually scored minor victories over the rangers this and last season! -_-  The only thing holding this thing together (barely) is Madame Odius once again secretly plotting behind the scenes and coming up with a plan to use the Galactic Ninjas' medallions everytime they are defeated in battle.  Hopefully it pays off in the end because this episode as well as this arc is riddled with too much mediocrity. O_0
