Ok....ummm....there's no simple way to say this but this episode is...DUMB!!! -_-  Oh...well...I guess there is after all!!! :)  You know, these character centered episodes aren't doing a good job with the rest of the rangers outside Carter.  Last episode, we learned Kelsey had an estranged relationship with her grandma and by the end, she has a change of heart of no where; so jarring that is was just downright unbelievable!!! Didn't develop Kelsey much at all besides finally getting to have the relationship she always wanted with her grandmother.  Here, as Chad and the rest of the rangers are training, he runs into....or rather his former martial arts mentor, Mr. Tomeshiro, approaches him and goes off about how disappointed he is in Chad for choosing to be a ranger over being a great martial arts master......GROAN!!! -_-  Are you f#$%ing kidding me?! o_O  Being a Power Ranger in this universe is the equivalent of a superhero!!!  I mean, they ARE superheroes!! There have been previous teams that have saved the world countless times, especially from a worldwide invasion from an enormous intergalactic faction of evil aliens but NOPE!!! Being a Power Ranger is a "WASTE" to his sensei compared to what Chad could have been. Already, I HATED this episode.  Mr. Tomeshiro is a complete idiot.  No excuses!!! Chad is busy saving the world and all you can do is be a jerk about it because he not only chose his own path but possibly the most honorable path in the world!? O_O  I'm sorry, but F#$% you Mr. Tomeshiro!!! F#$% you and youR Karate Kid Mr. Miyagi reject looking ass!!! EHHHHHH!!! -_-

It that wasn't bad enough, when Loki summons a monster named Cyclopter, after he defeats the rangers in a fight, Mr. Tomeshiro just comes out of no where, shows off by kicking his ass and just insults Chad again in front of the other rangers for being Power Ranger....again!!! -_-  Oh it gets worse!!! :)  Because after that, after Loki and Cyclopter trick Mr. Tomeshiro on thinking Cyclopter has reformed, he goes out of his way to train a clearly deceptive monster to learn martial artist!!  Then when Chad tries to save him, he just lets Cyclopter beat him up just show he can show Chad how much of a better student he is compared to Chad!!! I just....I'm....I......*BLOOD PRESSURE RISES*!!! -_-  You know, I get Kelsey trying to help in this episode, talking to Chad first about Mr. Tomeshiro's behavior and then trying to talk to Chad's former sensei by herself, but her words of wisdom are lost when she says, Chad is being stubborn too!? Umm...what!? O_o  Even if he is, he has a right to being given his idiotic former mentor is training a clearly STILL evil monster just to have a better student than Chad.  Shut up Kelsey!!! Please!!! -_-  Oh and Cyclopter double crosses Mr. Tomeshiro....what a f%^&ing surprise!!! -_-

Of course, Chad goes off to help him while the others battle Cyclopter.  To give the episode credit, it does pick up from there with Chad's sensei learning his lesson and showing his former teacher that he still has it by kicking his ass quickly!  What also follows is a good unmorphed fight between Chad and Cyclopter that leads into a morphed fight where Chad uses his V-Lancer in an awesome way to defeat him.  Of course, Loki orders Jinxer to fix it and he makes Cyclopter grow.  After summoning the Omega Megazord (Love that zord so much!!! :),  they uses the moves that Chad learned from his sensei to beat him as well as the megazord finisher to destroy him for good.  The episode ends with Chad lamenting his sensei's disappointment, even though Joel expresses my own opinion by not giving a flying f%^& what his mentor said.  Turns out, Mr. Tomeshiro has changed his ways and wants a tour of the Aqua Base; Chad even introducing him to Mr. Fairweather and Captain Mitchell....

Mr. Tomeshiro:  "Did you know my student Chad here is the Blue Power Ranger?"

Me: "Wow...you really are an idiot!?" O_o

Anyway, this episode was dumb and dull.  Besides the last few minutes of the resolution of the plot, the plot itself was dumb to begin with.  What a waste!!! Especially Mr. Tomeshiro!!! :P
