Oooohhh, so the name of the town of Blue Bay Harbor???! O_o  Good to know, especially when the latest episode finds Shane and Dustin having to defend an Environmental Conference taking place there when Lothor wants to make it his next target.  Yes, Lothor, who pretty much achieved his main objective of kidnapping all the Ninja School students and destroying the schools themselves is now focusing on...ruining an environmental convention.....what is this??? Wild Force again??? O_o Anyway, Tori is given the solo mission of obtaining the Jade of Turtle?  Apparently, some sacred, powerful item that will give the rangers more access to weapons that will aid them in their fight against Lothor.  I do like seeing Tori on her own, especially after showing much initiative in her early training simulation where she discovers very early on not to "fight" her counterpart while Shane and Dustin hilariously as well as foolishly do.  Gotta love the random bullcrap ninja philosophy that Sensei spouts throughout this episode.  Since when is coming to a conclusion being tired of thinking??? What....!!?? -_-  Thanks for that moment of  insightful thinking you laughable looking and poorly rendered CGI rat!!! Oh sorry, Guinea pig, my bad!!! -_-

Anyway, the episode's main plot involves a new monster named Snipster (Yes, really! Don't you know this show by now!?) being recruited by Zurgane (Of course!) to use to make the leaders meeting....disagree with each other and fight.  I mean....there have been more random plots on this show and at least the scene of the leaders beating the crap out of each other is pretty entertaining.  Of course, when Shane and Dustin get in the middle and try to save the leaders by stopping Snipster, he cuts their ties as well; forcing them to fight each other instead of him.  You gotta love how this is resolved tho, with their Sensei using his ninja mind powers or something to break the spell...uhh huh....bet that won't be used again this season! :P Meanwhile, Tori is off on her quest and for some reason, Lothor sends his nieces after her...sigh! I mean they manage to beat the crap out of Tori; suddenly being more than a match for her since they've been apparently training...BUT...that's more to do with their sentai counterparts being badass and not Marah and Kapri themselves.  Mind you, the way Tori resolves her fight with them is completely laughable and not ironically clever in how the episode makes it seem.  So they let Tori get away with a new powerful weapon for the rangers to add to their arsenal because...she gave them fashion tips??!!! O_o  My word, this villains are borderline worse than Divatox and her crew so far!  I mean...WOW!!! -_-

Anyway, when Tori rejoins Shane and Dustin after they combine forces to defeat Snipster, Lothor makes him grow and Cam sends the zords to them.  With the Jade Turtle thing at their disposal now, Cam can now send them a new sphere that will become a new weapon for them to finally destroy Snipster! It turns out to be a...turtle that turns into a mace.....yes, I know! O_o  But it's pretty powerful and effectively destroys Snipster for good.  Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the side plot with Tori earning and going on her own quest despite the lame Sensei ninja philosophy and the idiotic nieces being outsmarted by their vapid personalities.  But the main plot was average and typical as usual despite some funny bits with the leaders kicking each others' asses. :P

Final Morph: B-
